We are a boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm located in Mississauga, Ontario and have a summer job opportunity. We are looking for a 2L summer student for the summer term of 2024. Candidates should be able to work independently, have a good academic record, and have demonstrated interest in civil litigation.
The hired student will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment in corroboration with other students and lawyers on tasks such as:
– Conducting legal research
– Drafting pleadings
– Observing things such as motions, examinations for discovery, mediations, pre-trials, hearings, and trials.
