Cariati Law is proud to welcome new lawyer Jeffrey Herman. Jeffrey brings with him a unique background and skill set that will be a strong asset in representing the rights of his clients. He completed his articles at Cariati Law and now focuses exclusively on personal injury, disability and insurance law.
Jeffrey is passionate about achieving fair compensation for his clients and their families when injured or when wrongfully denied disability benefits. He has appeared at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and the Ontario Court of Justice. He is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Before beginning his career in law, Jeffrey worked at a major international insurance company. In 2004 after studying diligently at the Schulich Business School at York University, Jeffrey qualified for early admittance to Osgoode Hall Law School where he was the proud recipient of the N.A. Taylor entrance scholarship for academic excellence. Jeffrey graduated with his law degree in 2007.
Always involved in the community, Jeffrey spent the following five years working at an organization that focused on helping children and teenagers with disabilities. With his care and insight he understands what is needed when representing disabled individuals and their families.
