Phil’s practice is focused on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, product liability claims, occupiers’ liability cases, and long-term disability benefit denials. Phil is deeply committed to standing up for injured individuals and their families during some of the most difficult times in their lives. He works relentlessly to pursue the compensation, support, and accountability his clients deserve.

Phil is a determined advocate who fights to protect his clients’ rights, shoulder the legal burden, and serve as a strong buffer between them and insurance companies. Prior to joining Cariati Law, he worked at two reputable law firms, where he gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation.

Phil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in 2003, before obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 2006. Phil was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
