Hermia joined Cariati Law in 2007. She is a licensed paralegal specializing in accident benefits and tort claims. Working with insurance companies and other agencies, she has always succeeded in getting maximum benefits for her clients.

Hermia is expecting to obtain her baccalaureate at Ryerson University in 2013 and achieve the Chartered Insurance Professional designation.
