Nicole’s practice focuses on personal injury and employment litigation, with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, long-term disability denials, and wrongful terminations. She has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal and has appeared in the Ontario Court of Appeal. Nicole takes pride in achieving the best possible result for each client through dedicated, compassionate advocacy. She also represents clients in personal injury matters in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Nicole graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies in 2011. Nicole then attended the University of Ottawa, where she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor in English Common Law in 2016.

Nicole joined Cariati Law in 2017 as an articling student and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Nicole was also called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2023.
