Neisha is a Senior Paralegal at Cariati Law and has been a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario since 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Rights and Equity Studies from York University, which reflects her ongoing commitment to protecting people’s rights.

Her practice focuses on Statutory Accident Benefits claims, with additional experience in Small Claims Court litigation and Employment Law matters.

Neisha routinely appears before the License Appeal Tribunal and Ontario Small Claims Court.  Prior to joining Cariati Law, she represented clients before the Provincial Offenses Court and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Neisha is committed to providing compassionate, client-focused representation, effective advocacy, and practical legal guidance throughout the legal process.
