Egidio’s practice is dedicated to all types of personal injury litigation on behalf of his clients, including motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability denials, and slip-and-fall cases.

Prior to joining Cariati Law, Egidio represented insurance companies in the defence of personal injury claims. This experience provides him with valuable insight into insurers’ strategies and enables him to advocate effectively on behalf of his clients during negotiations and litigation. Egidio is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients, whether through settlement or trial.

Egidio earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University in 1998, where he was names to the Dean’s List, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2002. During law school, Egidio was awarded the Koskie Minsky Prize in Insurance Law in recognition of his academic achievement. Egidio was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
