Daniel’s practice is focused on personal injury, with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, product liability, and short and long-term disability disputes.

Daniel graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto, earning a Bachelor of Commerce in 2005, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2008. While attending law school, Daniel gained valuable experience assisting low-income individuals as a caseworker with Legal Aid. Daniel joined Cariati Law in 2008 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010.
