Adam’s practice centers on the purchase, sale, and refinancing of real estate properties (both residential and commercial), as well as commercial leasing matters. Additionally, he counsels small-to-medium sized businesses and corporations through all of their needs, from incorporation to winding up, and assists clients with wills and powers of attorney when the need arises.
Adam frequently acts on the lending side for both institutional and private clients for secured financing transactions, and on the borrowing side when clients need a thorough comprehension of rights and obligations under mortgage or other instrument.
Adam acts diligently to resolve negotiations and disputes with any transaction or legal issue and ensures that his clients understand every detail of their file as it evolves. He emphasizes honesty, transparency, accountability, and approachability above all, and strives to form long-lasting relationships with all of his clients.
On the weekends, Adam spends his time being a bonafide tech geek, taking the pup on forest adventures, and being laughably terrible at golf.
